How to Eat for a Flat Belly - Mengikut sunnah Nabi Muhammad Saw.

Assalamualaikum wbt semua..

Entry kali ni nak share something interesting yang aku baru dapat sambil-sambil buat kerja dalam office ni. 


Sambil-sambil buat kerja, ok. Secara sambil-sambil kita boleh bukak Youtube and listened. Not to watch it, nanti tak siap pulak kerja. At least my office is not so restricted to block Youtube or Facebook or Instagram. Just need to be mindful of it, don't cheat and spend your day with all these, but your work is much more important. (INTEGRITY)

So, sebenarnye aku dalam process nak turunkan berat badan!! Yeay! sebab dah tahap OVERWEIGHT, even orang lain tak nampak macam tu pun but I know my body personally.. hehe.. So, need to do some research and finding about what makes the best diet program to try on. Not to say a diet program la when it's all about restructure your meal properly. I'm not a kind of person yang akan berdiet2 siang malam, do extra exercise, subscribe for gym classes, no..no..no.. I'm not like that.. I tried once. I went for a swimming class at CONSIST Training Center, Ampang but I must say it is pretty exhausting if you are working late like me.. can't do it anymore.. so what's work for me??


I did try some dangerous way to stay slim buy taking various slimming product till I got to a point, THAT'S IT!
These all product will help you to be slim in a short period but there's is a very dangerous side effect after it TRUST ME. I've tried it so many times. I've tried the pills type, the milk type, the juice type, the corset type.. owh, this is so embarrassing. I don't know about the rest but one of the product that I took is contained sibutramine which is announce by KKM recently.


So that's about it. STOP while you can. I still have stock of pills that cost me >RM100 per bottle that I bought online. As I listen to the short video, I did take some note and then I realized.. Ok, here it goes..

5 Tips to loose belly fat:

1. Chew your food properly, let the enzyme work while you are chewing your food especially fiber need to chew properly.
(Ikut sunnah 40 kali kunyah)




2.    Try to least 5 small meals than 3 meals per day and snack just so you don't feel hungry and don't eat too much.
(Makan sebelum lapar dan berhenti sebelum kenyang- that’s sunnah also)

Nix your Midnight meal
Ideal time to eat between noon 12 pm -  4 pm
Anything after 8 pm or before you go to sleep (even it’s fruit) is not going to metabolise and will turned into FAT.

3.    Eat in proper order
Eat more fruits rather than drink the juices you buy from the store. Always eat fruit before you take your meal.
(Ikut sunah makan buah sebelum makan makanan lain)


Fruit, raw juices and green vegie = Sport Car
Cooked vegie, wholemeal bread = Passenger Car
Protein (egg, meat, nuts, oatmeal etc)= Dumb Truck

So start your day with Sport Car (fruits) cause it easy to digest. If you take protein such as egg or sausage for breakfast you will start your day with a Dumb Truck (eeuww) and then you take fruits (Sport Car). There's only one highway which is your usus and one destination which is your stomach. You fill your highway with a Dumb Truck and then Sport Car? Weirdo.. That can can lead to a fatal accident cause the Sport Car will stuck at the back of the Truck. haha..macam pantun plak..ok..Boleh faham tak? Boleh bayangkan tak? huhu..


4.    Starch n protein is not a friends, don’t mix starch with protein
(Sunnah -Jangan campur-campur makanan in the same time, makanan laut dengan darat)
Enzyme for starch and enzyme for protein is different.
Always eat Protein with veggie, this is good.

5.   Give your belly a break
(This is puasa, also sunnah)


Detox is happening during emptiness at least 12 hours empty while you sleep 
(So better puasa Isnin and Khamis every weekend)
